ECU Tools
Download this application from the same software section of our site. The following screen appears:
From this point, you can execute remote operation of your turbine but the primary purpose for us providing this instruction is to demonstrate the historical data functionality of the software. Click on historic records and the following screen appears:
Note the click boxes on the left which enable the user to view turbine parameters in time domain. As you scroll the mouse note the values changing as the mouse passes over points on the graph. Errors are highlighted in red on the screen (see below).
The mouse scroll wheel enables the user to compress or decompress the graph. Select or deselect whatever parameter is desired. Save and load function is available for use later in time.
The ECU uses SAM (Sequential Access Memory) meaning that what comes in last pushes the first record out. The memory is limited so if you need to diagnose some given issue you will want to save the data before running the turbine again.
The software is a working tool that is best experimented with and learned over time. There is no risk of damage to your ECU or turbine from using this tool. Be sure to save desired files before further operation of the turbine.
Data is not stored on the motor, only the ECU. We do accept files for review at Swiwin USA so if you do experience issues and would like for a second set of eyes to look at your data please email to us at sales@swiwinusa.com.
The data is stored as a simple CSV file so it is accessible with Excel.
