Swiwin USA, CRX Turbines and its affiliates are not responsible for any injury, personal and/or property damage as a result of using any of our products. Swiwin products are designed for use in RC (radio-control) applications. Radio-Control models are inherently dangerous; Turbines are inherently dangerous. The risk of burns to the user and bystanders is a paramount concern. The user assumes any and all responsibility for use of our turbines as we have no way to govern or monitor the use of our turbines after they are purchased.
Swiwin USA/CRX Turbines will not assume any responsibility for any damage to any aircraft and/or surroundings. Crashes generally occur at high speeds and can result in potential fatality(s). An AMA turbine waiver is required in the USA to operate any Turbine powered RC Plane.
Please check with all state and local jurisdictions for requirements and/or other permits that may be required in your area before running any turbine or attempting to pilot any radio controlled aircraft.
Refunds
Refunds are offered in most cases when arrangements are made in advance of an item being sent back.
Turbines - within 30 days of delivery turbines can be returned. The turbine needs to be in unused condition and not mounted, dismantled or otherwise setup to use in an application. This includes cables, holders, motor straps and the turbine itself. All packaging must be included. In most cases we will accommodate a request for a refund but we do reserve the right to impose up to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds will not be offered on special orders.
Warranty
Swiwin and Swiwin USA cover a 1 year warranty for any turbine that fails due to a manufacturer defect. The warranty starts the day you purchase the turbine and remains in force for 1 calendar year from the purchase date. This warranty covers any parts and labor required to fix the turbine and is subject to physical inspection before a repair is initiated. We understand that there are many cases where planes are purchased and constructed in advance of the flying season so please talk to us at the time of purchase and we will make arrangements to extend a warranty.
Swiwin USA warranty applies to damage and/or failure of a turbine due to manufacturer defect. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the turbine only. Our warranty does not extend to the air frame or surroundings regardless of any circumstance. Swiwin USA/CRX Turbines may at their discretion elect to offer credit for other damages. This is on a case by case basis and it is at the sole discretion of our management team and advisors. Damage(s) to any turbine where the user is deemed to be negligent will not be covered under any circumstance(s).
This notice supersedes any and all other notices.
Mechanics Lien
- Any turbine with unpaid work and/or services will be held until our invoice is satisfied.
- Any turbine and/or associated hardware not claimed after 60 days may be sold
and/or scrapped.
